3 Appointment Package with Email Support

Service Description

This package includes the following An initial consultation with a Gastroenterology Specialist Dietitian of your choice. (1hour). 2 review consultations with your chosen Gastroenterology Dietitian following an agreed time frame (30mins x 2). A letter to your GP and any additional chosen recipients at no additional cost for each consultation. Email support between appointments, up until your last appointment with us. Your specific case will be discussed within our team meeting prior to the date of your consultation unless you notify us to withdraw. If any additional referrals, recommendations or handovers of care are required, there is no additional charge.
