Our package is your pathway to improving your gastrointestinal symptoms, offering dedicated support, expert guidance, and valuable resources. When you book with us, you are booking for a minimum of one month of support, not a typical 1 hour... Choose from a 1 month, three month or 6 month package depending on your needs. Talk to us at oxfordgastrodietitians@gmail.com or book a free discovery call Here's what's included: - a 1:1 Consultation each month Begin with a thorough 1-hour consultation with the Gastroenterology Specialist Dietitian of your choice. During this session, we will delve into your unique needs and construct a tailored plan for you. In the following months we conduct personal progress reviews and renew your plan. You are prompted to book your first consultation upon booking. Following this, we will contact you to arrange your further consultations via email or within the Nourishly app. Any unused consultations expire at the same time as the package expires. Your package begins on the date of booking and payment and expires after the chosen length of time. - Throw away the paper food diaries! It's as easy as photographing your meal, and uploading it to the Nourishly app. With prompts for tracking your symptoms, we use this data to become your food trigger detectives and tailor your recommendations. Request a PDF copy of your logged food and symptom diary anytime. - Support Between appointments, you'll have the convenience of being able to message your dietitian directly in the monitoring app. Our team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise, offering guidance and clarification. This support is available up until your package expires. - Team collaboration We believe in a collaborative approach to your care. If needed, your specific case may be thoughtfully discussed within our team meetings, ensuring that you receive the highest level of expertise. - Additional referrals If the need arises, and additional referrals, recommendations, or handovers of care become necessary, rest assured that there are no extra charges. Any additional diet sheets, evidence based searches or information required comes at no extra cost to you - its all included! Prefer to not use the app? That's ok! We still have everything in place to accept paper diaries, email support and store your records securely.
