Our Three-Appointment Package is your personalised pathway to better gut health, offering dedicated support, expert guidance, and valuable resources. This package is carefully designed to empower you on your journey to improved well-being. Here's what's included: Initial Consultation Begin with a thorough 1-hour consultation with the Gastroenterology Specialist Dietitian of your choice. During this session, we will delve into your unique needs and develop a tailored plan for your gut health. Two Review Consultations Following an agreed-upon timeframe, you'll have the opportunity to participate in two 30-minute review consultations with your chosen Gastroenterology Dietitian. These sessions allow us to track your progress, address any concerns, and refine your dietetic plan for optimal results. GP Communication As part of our commitment to your well-being, we provide a letter to your GP and any additional chosen recipients after each consultation. There are no additional charges for this service. Email Support Between appointments, you'll have the convenience of email support. Our team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise, offering guidance and clarification. This support is available up until your last appointment with us. Team Collaboration We believe in a collaborative approach to your care. Your specific case will be thoughtfully discussed within our team meeting before your consultation, ensuring that you receive the highest level of expertise. Additional Referrals If the need arises, and additional referrals, recommendations, or handovers of care become necessary, rest assured that there are no extra charges.
