Histamine 3 Phase Plan
The evidence behind histamine intolerance is growing, however there are no current national guidelines on managing or diagnosing this condition. At present, dietary elimination and reintroduction is one of the strongest methods to contribute to diagnosis of histamine intolerance; however a diagnosis cannot be made solely on dietary reduction of histamines. Oxford Gastro Dietitians provide the three phase plan to help you to reduce your intake of histamines to challenge an improvement of symptoms when histamine intolerance is suspected/diagnosed. We are not able to provide a diagnosis of histamine intolerance.
